Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and professional Independent Insurance Agents to market and sell Medicare products including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.

This opportunity is ideal for:

  • Licensed agents looking to grow their own book of business
  • Telesales agents transitioning into field sales
  • Agents seeking stronger support and better long-term opportunities
  • Entrepreneurs interested in eventually building their own agency

As a 1099 Independent Agent, you will have the flexibility to build your business your way while leveraging our contracts, training, marketing support, and industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Educate Medicare beneficiaries on available coverage options
  • Conduct compliant sales presentations and enrollments
  • Build and maintain a personal book of business
  • Develop referral and community-based marketing relationships
  • Maintain all CMS and carrier compliance requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Provide exceptional client service and retention support

Qualifications

  • Active Health Insurance License (required) Life Insurance License Preferred too
  • Medicare certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
  • Prior Medicare sales experience preferred, but not required
