• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges, thus forming the foundation for individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver engaging individual therapy sessions, ensuring that each approach is tailored to foster personal growth and resilience.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor their progress to adapt treatment strategies as needed.
• Provide flexible teletherapy options for clients who may encounter barriers to traditional in-office visits, ensuring accessibility to services for all.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans according to ethical standards while utilizing our practice management software.
• Engage in professional development through peer supervision, training, and workshops to stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.

You will work with a diverse client base, focusing on individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. Your role as a counselor is vital in helping clients navigate these complexities and find pathways toward recovery, resilience, and personal empowerment.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect empathetically with clients.
• An unwavering commitment to providing compassionate and non-judgmental care to all clients.
• Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple caseloads efficiently.

• Experience with teletherapy or remote counseling practices.
• Knowledge and experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and willingness to integrate new ones as necessary.

We believe in fairly compensating our staff for their valuable contributions. The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
