AO Globe Life is seeking leaders and achievers who are looking for an opportunity to work remotely, build strong relationships with their clients and team, and earn performance-based income with long-term growth potential, including passive residual income on renewals. Successful candidates will receive direct mentorship from a senior producer within the organization who has ranked among top-performing producers in North America based on company production metrics.

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role by maintaining a positive attitude, being coachable, and demonstrating a strong work ethic. Basic computer proficiency for company software use and an entrepreneurial mindset are important for success. Candidates selected will have the opportunity to work directly with experienced leadership while building both their personal production and leadership contracts through growth and development of others.

Advisors leverage established relationships developed over many years with unions, associations, credit unions, veterans, existing policyholders, and other member-based groups. Leads are provided at no cost, and all client meetings are conducted virtually via Zoom.
