Light on Anxiety & Counseling Center is actively seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our dedicated team. Our salary range for this role is competitive, between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, plus additional bonuses.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and providing both individual and couples therapy through a tailored approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Monitoring and maintaining up-to-date client records, including progress notes and therapeutic documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborating with other therapists and health specialists to coordinate care and enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Managing scheduling of ongoing client appointments while maintaining a clear and updated calendar to optimize therapeutic engagement.
• Utilizing our billing service, which streamlines the handling of claims, client accounts, insurance verifications, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on client care.

Our clients range across diverse age groups and backgrounds, with varying mental health needs, including anxiety disorders, depression, relational challenges, and life transitions. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work with a spectrum of clinical presentations and prioritize building strong therapeutic alliances. This role directly contributes to enhancing our clients' overall well-being and mental health resilience.

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.
• Possession of a valid LICSW license to practice independently.
• Demonstrated professionalism, including maintaining exceptional therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and self-motivation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, essential for handling the demands of a full-time caseload.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 20-25 hours a week, including at least two evenings per week to accommodate our clients' schedules.

Additional experience that will enhance your candidacy includes:
