Title: Mortgage Closing Specialist

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the loan closing process and represent BFI throughout the loan closing process. Responsibilities include: preparing, reviewing, and distributing loan documentation and settlement statements; working on title insurance processes; coordinating loan closings and initial disbursement of funds; handling extension documentation; ensuring proper execution, recording, and filing of lending instruments; and handling mortgage releases. Communication with borrowers, internal staff, and vendors is required.

The compensation is compelling, especially for a successful candidate currently performing a comparable role. Compensation includes a significant bonus component tied to production.

At least for the first year, this position will be fully-remote. There will be zero travel other than potentially an annual visit to the main office. Longer term, there is the potential for BFI to open an office in your area. If this occurs, you may become required to work at least part of the time out of the office.

Qualifications:
