As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with individuals and couples, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to the needs of your clients.

• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, including session notes and treatment plans, utilizing our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Collaborating with a billing service to ensure the efficient management of claims processing, client accounts, and insurance verification.

• Scheduling appointments and managing client calendars effectively to ensure a robust caseload and continuity of care.

• Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated with best practices in the field.

Your role will involve providing therapy to a diverse clientele, including individuals and couples from various backgrounds and age groups. You will encounter a range of clinical presentations and will be encouraged to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• A recognized Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work.

• An active LCSW license to practice independently.

• Strong professionalism, cultural competency, and excellent therapeutic boundaries are essential.

• Must demonstrate self-motivation and excellent organizational skills to manage your workload effectively.
