This role is executed in a fully remote capacity, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your home or preferred workspace. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, making adjustments as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to construct detailed discharge plans that ensure continuity of care post-treatment.
• Act as a liaison between patients and community resources, providing referrals to additional services such as support groups, treatment programs, or psychiatric consultations.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, families, and insurance representatives to facilitate enhanced patient care and address issues promptly.
• Perform social work consultations, including crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and bereavement support to patients and their families.
• Advocate for patients to ensure they receive necessary services and support, helping them navigate potential barriers related to their mental health care.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities based on the needs of your assigned patient population.

The patients you will serve include individuals from diverse backgrounds presenting with a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and complex socio-economic issues. Many clients may require comprehensive support due to overlapping health concerns, which necessitates a coordination of care with other healthcare providers and community services.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution is required. Verification of your educational background will be conducted.
• Current State Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Psychologist is mandatory.
• Demonstrated familiarity with community mental health resources and the ability to navigate these services effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for successful interactions with clients and other stakeholders.
• A strong ability to build rapport with clients, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the therapeutic process.

While specific experience is not required, candidates with prior experience in community mental health settings, crisis intervention, or working with diverse populations will be preferred. We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
