Our organization provides all administrative support, including client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing management, and electronic health record (EHR) management. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to continue evolving therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Engage in client education about mental health resources and coping strategies for resilience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and improvements in service delivery.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained.
• Actively promote inclusivity by working effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and other underrepresented groups.

This role specifically focuses on providing services to adult clients aged 18 and older, which may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or other mental health concerns. Our practice values the importance of supporting diverse populations, including those from varying ethnic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds. You will play an instrumental role in helping these individuals navigate their mental health challenges and work towards improved well-being.

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license to practice in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in clinical counseling, with particular emphasis on individual psychotherapy.
• Strong understanding and implementation of evidence-based practices, particularly CBT and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Experience working with diverse communities, including LGBTQIA+ populations, is highly valued.
• Professional malpractice insurance is required.

• Experience providing psychotherapy to clients aged 18 and above.
• Previous engagement in clinical practice focusing on men's mental health is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with administering therapy in a virtual setting, utilizing appropriate tools for secure and effective online sessions.
