In this role, you will reach out to constituents of non-profit organizations — including members, past donors, and visitors — to share updates, build meaningful connections, and invite them to support the causes they care about through contributions. Every conversation you have directly supports missions that change lives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Place outbound calls to constituents on behalf of non-profit organizations
  • Share organizational updates and communicate the value of supporting their mission
  • Engage supporters in conversations to learn what causes are meaningful to them
  • Ask for donations and explain how contributions directly make a difference
  • Accurately update and verify information during calls (listening + typing)
  • Handle sensitive donor information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Meet daily/weekly production goals while maintaining a positive donor experience
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance feedback
  • Represent each non-profit with integrity, enthusiasm, and respect
