Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager | Insurance CSR
Salary: $60k- $75k Base Salary
Location: Stuart FL, Port Saint Lucie FL, Jensen Beach FL | Hybrid (willing to consider fully remote for the right candidate)

Job Overview:

In the role of Commercial Lines Account Manager CSR, you will be responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of commercial lines clients. You will be the main point of contact for these clients and will provide them with comprehensive, personalized insurance solutions that meet their business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial lines clients.
  • Understand client's business operations, risk management needs, and current insurance programs.
  • Develop, present, and implement customized insurance solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with insurance carriers on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers when handling claims or other issues.
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes, and inform clients accordingly.
  • Meet sales goals and contribute to the company's overall growth and profitability.


Qualifications:
