Job description

We are seeking a dynamic sales rep to join our agency as we expand our team!

  • This is a fully remote sales position.
  • Your hours would be 8:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
  • No insurance experience necessary, but state licensing will be required.
  • Starting base salary: $50,000, with additional performance incentives.


This is a high-volume, outbound sales role supported by a structured process and intentional coaching.
