• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources of students.
• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, ensuring a tailored approach to each client’s needs.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans incorporating measurable goals and interventions that address the specific challenges of students.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy in clinical practice.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, complete risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary, ensuring the well-being of students is prioritized.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, teachers, and fellow health professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care for students.
• Document all relevant client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to promote mental health awareness and coping strategies among students.

Your primary focus will be on students facing a range of mental health challenges, specifically targeting issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and varying emotional disturbances. By providing tailored interventions, you will contribute directly to fostering a safe and supportive school environment where students can thrive academically and emotionally.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is essential.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a passion for working with young clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills are crucial for this role.

• Experience working within a school setting or with adolescent populations is highly desirable.
