• Deliver evidence-based individual and group counseling sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Employ measurement-based care to establish treatment goals, demonstrate progress, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members, including psychologists and therapists, to provide coordinated care.
• Offer constructive feedback on existing program curricula and contribute to the improvement of training protocols.
• Provide insights on integrating technology into treatment to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
• Maintain vigilance regarding risk management issues, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients and staff.
• Complete all necessary documentation promptly to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing training initiatives focused on evidence-based practices and tech-enhanced service delivery.

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health support to individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. You will work closely with children and adolescents, utilizing your expertise to foster a supportive environment that encourages healing and development. Understanding the specific needs of diverse client demographics is essential in ensuring culturally competent care.

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active independent LPCC license in the state of California.
• Proficiency in multiple counseling methodologies, demonstrating flexibility in approach depending on client needs.
• A strong foundation in treating children and adolescents with varying degrees of anxiety and related disorders.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment protocols, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Basic computer skills, along with a willingness to embrace new technologies that enhance treatment delivery.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills that foster strong therapeutic alliances.
• A commitment to diversity and cultural responsiveness in your counseling practice.

• Two or more years of clinical counseling experience, particularly within outpatient settings.
• Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling environments is a plus.
• A background in team-oriented therapy teams, collaborating across disciplines.
