A high-end Los Angeles-based law firm is rapidly expanding its presence in New York and is seeking a New York-licensed Real Estate Transactional Associate with 4+ years of experience handling sophisticated real estate transactions. This 100% remote opportunity is ideal for an attorney with strong experience in purchase and sale agreements, financing documentation, joint ventures, preferred equity, and related transactional matters. The firm does not maintain a physical office in New York.

Candidates should be responsive, self-directed, comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and capable of keeping sophisticated transactions moving forward while collaborating with partners and deal teams.

Qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of real estate transactional experience
  • Active New York Bar membership in good standing
  • Strong purchase and sale agreement and financing documentation experience
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and relationship skills
  • Ability to independently manage transactions and deadlines
  • J.D. from an accredited law school

Compensation & Details:
