Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and when necessary, diagnose patients using clinically accepted tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to inform and create individualized treatment plans that honor cultural diversity and address various special needs.
  • Continually monitor and evaluate patient progress, offering targeted interventions and strategies that align with overarching mental health diagnoses.
  • Prepare, maintain, and monitor all clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while utilizing current technology effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with patients and their support systems to craft comprehensive treatment plans that encompass patient needs and desired outcomes.
