As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand the mental health needs of each client.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and address individual goals.
• Facilitating individual and group psychotherapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.
• Providing crisis intervention services as needed, working effectively under pressure during urgent situations.
• Completing all clinical documentation in a timely manner, including treatment notes and service reports, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to offer holistic support to clients.
• Engaging in regular supervision and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of industry advancements.
