Job Summary:
Brightway Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Insurance Sales Producer for the state of Texas. This fully remote position involves delivering exceptional customer service, assessing insurance needs, and recommending appropriate insurance policies to clients. Training and some leads will be provided, and candidates must be residents of Texas at the time of application.
Responsibilities:
  • Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients
  • Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate clients' insurance requirements and offer suitable recommendations
  • Clearly explain policy specifics, coverage limits, and exceptions to clients
  • Aid clients in completing insurance applications and required documentation
  • Process policy adjustments, endorsements, and claims accurately and promptly
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
  • Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid Texas Property and Casualty General Lines insurance license at the time of application
  • Current residency in Texas
  • 1-2 years of experience in Insurance Sales
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to analyze data and make informed decisions

Compensation:
  • Guaranteed Base, PLUS Commissions
  • Average 1st-year total earnings range from $65K-$70K
