Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive and strengths-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify mental health needs.
  • Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to align with each clientโ€™s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring all records comply with regulatory standards.
  • Develop specific crisis management plans, safety protocols, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that empower clients to maintain stable functioning.
  • Design and execute effective discharge plans in collaboration with clients to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of care.
  • Adhere to all current federal and state regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures, ensuring ethical standards are met.
  • Engage in continuous education, training, and supervision to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Participate actively in case consultations and regular agency meetings, contributing insights and strategies for comprehensive patient care.
  • Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training requirements promptly.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults, who may be experiencing a wide array of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.
  • Possession of a valid License in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Clinical Social Work (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a telehealth environment, utilizing digital tools to enhance client engagement.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
