Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, identifying key areas of need and opportunity for growth.
  • Provide individualized and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs identified during assessments, ensuring that therapy is relevant and impactful.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities including accurate billing, comprehensive documentation, and timely completion of individualized treatment plans and insurance authorization forms.
  • Develop crisis response plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to help maintain ongoing stability for clients.
  • Create discharge plans that effectively transition clients from active therapy while ensuring continuity of care.
  • Adhere to federal and state laws along with NEHS policies and procedures, maintaining the highest ethical standards in practice.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through training and continuing education opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills.
  • Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, collaborating with peers and leadership to improve best practices and client outcomes.
  • Complete all licensure renewal requirements and mandatory training courses to stay current in best practices and ethical practice standards.
