• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring each patient feels heard and understood.
• Provide individualized and family therapy tailored to the specific needs identified during assessments, employing therapeutic modalities that best serve the patient's needs.
• Efficiently complete billing documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within established timelines to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Develop crisis plans and safety plans when necessary, creating relapse prevention strategies and wellness plans that support patients in maintaining stable functioning.
• Collaboratively create discharge plans that equip patients with resources and strategies for continued success post-treatment.
• Adhere to federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and Impireum policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending trainings and pursuing continuing education to keep skills and knowledge current.
• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to ensure comprehensive care and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to uphold our commitment to high standards of service.

Our patient population consists of individuals and families from a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and mental health needs. We focus on delivering culturally competent care, ensuring that our approach is tailored to the unique experiences and challenges faced by each individual. This includes providing therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Pennsylvania is a must.

• Experience providing therapy in a community health setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and navigate cultural considerations in therapy.
