• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments to thoroughly understand the needs of new patients and their families.
• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions based on assessment findings, ensuring that therapeutic approaches align with patients' unique contexts and needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to deadlines to ensure a seamless operational workflow.
• Develop crisis intervention strategies, safety plans, and personalized relapse prevention plans, allowing patients to maintain stability in their daily lives.
• Create comprehensive discharge plans to support patients transitioning from therapy, ensuring continuity of care.
• Comply with all federal and state regulations, as well as organizational policies, to uphold high ethical standards in practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training opportunities and mandatory continuing education courses.
• Collaborate and contribute to case consultations and agency meetings, fostering a culture of shared learning and growth within the team.
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training requirements to maintain up-to-date clinical competencies.

Our patient population includes diverse individuals and families from varied backgrounds, each facing unique mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Our goal is to empower clients to achieve better mental health, personal growth, and overall well-being through skilled therapeutic interventions.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.
• Current licensure as a mental health therapist in the State of Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW). This licensure is essential for providing therapeutic services in compliance with state regulations.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and experience in providing comprehensive assessments and treatment planning are highly valued. Experience with diverse populations and special needs in outpatient settings will strengthen your application.
