Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating processes, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Remote Agent Coordinator to support agent licensing, appointments, compliance, and commission-related operations for a large healthcare and insurance organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative, data entry, customer service, insurance, healthcare, or operations experience who are looking to join a collaborative team with long-term potential.

Responsibilities
  • Review and process agent appointment requests and related documentation
  • Verify agent licenses, appointments, and required insurance documentation
  • Research and resolve agent payment, commission, and appointment issues
  • Maintain accurate records within internal tracking systems
  • Monitor agent licensing changes, renewals, and compliance requirements
  • Audit agent information and enrollment records for accuracy
  • Communicate with agents, agencies, and internal departments regarding inquiries and issue resolution
  • Support regulatory and compliance-related activities
  • Assist with process improvements, reporting, project coordination, and system testing
  • Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials
  • Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
