Remote Insurance Agent Training Program information

What is a remote insurance agent training program?

A Remote Insurance Agent Training Program is a structured course designed to prepare individuals to become licensed insurance agents while allowing them to complete all training requirements online. These programs typically cover insurance fundamentals, sales techniques, state licensing requirements, and customer service skills. They offer flexibility for participants to learn at their own pace and often include virtual classrooms, interactive modules, and support from experienced trainers. Upon completion, participants are often ready to take the required state licensing exams and start a career as an insurance agent working remotely.

What can I expect from the team structure and support systems during a remote insurance agent training program?

In most Remote Insurance Agent Training Programs, you’ll typically join a virtual cohort where you’ll collaborate with fellow trainees and receive guidance from experienced mentors or trainers. The training often includes interactive sessions, role-playing exercises, and regular feedback to build your sales, customer service, and product knowledge skills. Support systems such as online resource libraries, peer discussion forums, and one-on-one coaching are commonly provided to help you acclimate to remote work and industry standards. You can expect to be part of a supportive, communicative environment that values ongoing learning and professional development.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in a remote insurance agent training program, and why are they important?

To excel in a Remote Insurance Agent Training Program, you need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong sales acumen, and a willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses. Familiarity with CRM software, digital communication tools, and online learning platforms is typically required. Outstanding self-motivation, communication skills, and customer service orientation are essential soft skills for building trust and rapport virtually. These competencies are crucial for achieving sales targets, delivering excellent client experiences, and succeeding in a remote, self-directed environment.

Job description

Commission-Based | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided

The Dinwiddie Agency is expanding and looking to partner with motivated, self-directed individuals who want control over their income and schedule.

This is not an hourly job and not a “get rich quick” opportunity. It is a structured, performance-based role for people willing to take action.

What Makes This Different:

  • A proven, clear, and fast-start system (no guessing how to begin)
  • Lead options available (no cold prospecting required)
  • Mentorship based on action, not micromanagement
  • Two growth paths: producer or specialist
  • 100% remote — work from anywhere

If you take initiative, you’ll be supported. If you don’t, no one will chase you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Speak with individuals who have requested life insurance information
  • Help clients understand insurance and financial protection options
  • Run virtual appointments on your own schedule
  • Build repeatable sales and communication skills

No prior insurance experience required.

Licensing support is available for unlicensed applicants.

This Is a Good Fit If You:

  • Are comfortable with commissions only-based income
  • Want flexibility and accountability
  • Prefer clear expectations over hype
  • Are willing to take action before feeling “ready”

This role is not for everyone — and that’s intentional. We’re building with people who want real ownership and long-term growth.

No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.

By submitting this form, you agree to recurring contact from Symmetry Financial Group LLC and its affiliated companies under common control and their insurance agents via text & live, automated, A.I., or prerecorded calls, including for marketing or recruiting purposes. Consent not a condition of purchase.
