As a Senior Claims Adjuster - Large Loss, you'll handle complex residential property claims, guide customers through challenging situations, and play a key role in delivering fair, timely, and accurate claim resolutions.
What You'll Do
  • Manage a caseload of large and/or complex residential property claims, from investigation through resolution
  • Analyze coverage, evaluate exposure, and make timely claim decisions within authority limits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while setting clear expectations throughout the claims process
  • Negotiate and settle claims in accordance with company guidelines and industry best practices
  • Partner with vendors, adjusters, and external stakeholders to drive effective claim outcomes
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reserving, and compliance with applicable state regulations
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 4+ years of residential property claims experience
  • 3+ years of experience working directly for an insurance carrier
  • Strong knowledge of coverage analysis, claims handling, and state insurance regulations
  • Experience handling complex claims, including litigation and third-party claims preferred
