Job Overview:
Pay Range $40hr - $45hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting.
- Experience with sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions at a time (30-35 reqs).
- Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with high demand and metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, sourcing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire.
- Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings and assess qualifications and culture fit.
- Interview prospective candidates on a consistent set of qualifications and educate candidates on the organization.
- Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partners.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process.
- Develop strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualify and interview candidates, and present job offers.
- Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes.
- Uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies, coaching and guiding managers accordingly.
- Operate with a high sense of urgency.

- Experience in Engineering/IT Recruiting/Technical recruiting.
- Effective influencing and negotiation skills.
- Experience recruiting in Aerospace and defense industries.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting.
- Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, and selection of talent.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work well with others.
- Experience with Excel and Outlook.
Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
