Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans for individuals dealing with various mental health issues. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique challenges, ensuring a clear roadmap for their therapeutic journey.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that encompass evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation that complies with all regulatory standards, including HIPAA, guaranteeing confidentiality and ethical care.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to furnish holistic treatment approaches.
• Engaging in continuous education through regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality.
• Providing educational resources and emotional support to clients and their families, guiding them through treatment options and community resources.
• Staying informed about advancements in mental health research to refine your practice and optimize client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults in a detox environment, addressing issues such as substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders. This role emphasizes the importance of recovery-oriented approaches and destigmatizing mental health issues, making it vital for you to establish trust and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients who may be experiencing significant life challenges.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting your commitment to the field.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida, demonstrating your professional qualifications to practice.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience working with adults in therapeutic settings, equipped with an in-depth understanding of diverse psychological disorders.
• Proficiency in solution-based therapy techniques, allowing for personalized and effective treatment delivery.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
