• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal behavioral health programs to enhance client care.
• As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will regularly collaborate and communicate with healthcare professionals and staff across all levels to ensure cohesive client care.
• Implement mental health policies and procedures within the behavioral health program, ensuring compliance and best practices are upheld.
• Evaluate and conduct timely assessments for new patients, responding courteously to their concerns and facilitating smooth transitions into care.
• Provide both crisis intervention and ongoing counseling to clients, tailoring approaches based on individual needs.
• Refer clients facing severe mental health issues that require inpatient or specialized care to appropriate facilities outside our health center, ensuring they receive the care they need.
• Screen clients for potential substance abuse, including prescription medications and illicit drugs, offering immediate counseling or referrals to local resources as needed.

The LCSW at Behavioral Lifebulb Counseling Center will serve a diverse client base, addressing a spectrum of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use issues. Our clientele often comes from varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, making cultural competence and sensitivity essential components of effective care delivery.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with a current multi-state license to practice as an LCSW.
• Demonstrated advanced clinical skills, including crisis intervention and therapeutic counseling techniques.
• Exceptional judgment and a capability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to convey information effectively to various audiences.

• This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
