Work Environment

This is a remote position that enables flexibility while promoting a healthy work-life balance. As a member of our dedicated team, you will primarily serve clients from a hospice facility based in Garden Grove, California. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand individual client needs and develop tailored care plans that address specific emotional and social challenges.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and methodologies to enhance mental health outcomes among hospice patients, utilizing therapeutic techniques suitable for this unique environment.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and facilitating effective communication among team members.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • An active LCSW license in the state of California.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-volume clinical settings, managing priorities and client needs efficiently.
  • Adept problem-solver, with the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience, particularly in hospice care or palliative settings, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches in the mental health field.
