• Conduct thorough assessments of psychological and social needs for patients receiving hospice care.

As an LCSW in our hospice center, you will work primarily with patients facing terminal illnesses as well as their families. Many clients experience complex emotional challenges associated with grief, loss, and the transition into end-of-life care. Your role is vital in assisting these families through this critical phase, providing support that respects their values and cultural backgrounds, and ensuring their needs are met compassionately and respectfully.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrable skills in communication, empathy, and conflict resolution.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
