As a Licensed Mental Health Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed assessments of patients' mental health and emotional needs, particularly focusing on those facing terminal illness.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Mental Health Therapist license (LMSW) in Pennsylvania.
