• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gauge clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and strengths, ensuring personalized care plans.

• Create detailed treatment plans, setting clear goals and outlining interventions, while continuously monitoring and adjusting these plans based on client progress.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, age groups, and cultural identities. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
