The pay range for this position is $20-$23.25 per hour.

$1,000 sign-on bonus

3 weeks (pro-rated) paid vacation to start & excellent health/dental/vision coverage!

9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal time

As a Residential Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support individuals living with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges to develop the independent living skills and emotional regulation skills that are integral to accomplishing their identified treatment goals.

The pay range for this position is $20-$23.25 per hour.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A high school diploma or GED or preferably, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges
  • A valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation
  • A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries.
