• Offer counseling and therapy services to adult and senior clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, documenting findings and developing personalized care plans that prioritize their emotional and psychological well-being.
• Connect clients with valuable community resources, including financial aid programs and support groups, to create a comprehensive support system.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Actively participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and clinic initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and client outcomes.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse clientele, focusing on senior individuals and adults facing various mental health challenges. By understanding the unique circumstances of these clients, including issues like loneliness, depression, anxiety, and cognitive decline, you will be empowered to deliver impactful, compassionate care. Your role will significantly influence their quality of life, promoting mental resilience and community integration.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in California.
• Proficient understanding of mental health principles, practices, and regulations specific to senior care.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment while effectively managing your schedule and maintaining client confidentiality.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a social work setting, preferably with a focus on geriatric clients.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions and client communications.
• Keen skill in assessing and addressing client needs through a strengths-based approach.
