• Maintain an active caseload of clients, primarily focusing on youth, using telehealth platforms to conduct individual therapy sessions.
• Establish rapport and build positive working relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and next steps, including facilitating discharges when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, adjusting as necessary based on client feedback and therapy outcomes.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gauge client needs and appropriate service levels.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional skills and receive clinical feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to coordinate care and address client needs holistically.
• Remain open-minded and committed to ongoing personal and professional growth within the mental health field.

This position is specifically geared toward supporting youth experiencing mental health challenges, which may include anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other conditions. Our goal is to foster resilience and provide therapeutic tools that empower clients to manage their mental health effectively. You will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young people and their families, guiding them through their recovery journey.

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in your state.
• Ability to satisfy internal credentialing requirements in clinical settings.
• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients, particularly in youth mental health.
• Strong foundational skills in assessment and diagnosis, individual therapy, and group therapy modalities.
• Proficient computer skills with experience utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy.

• Experience working within a telehealth framework and familiarity with virtual counseling tools.
• Previous roles in multidisciplinary teams focused on mental health recovery and treatment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with youth and their families to foster trust and therapeutic rapport.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 65,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
