Job description

Suralink® is the agentic automation platform for accounting professionals and their clients, leading the global charge in AI-driven accounting technology. As the leading AI platform for accounting firms, Suralink serves more than 50% of the top 100 enterprise accounting firms in the United States and has over 800,000 users globally.

Our mission is to empower the people we serve to redefine the meaning of efficiency in the accounting technology industry. Our award-winning SaaS platform was built for CPA firms, providing a simple, secure way to manage audit, tax, and advisory engagements.

Recognized for growth, innovation, and culture, we foster a highly collaborative, remote-first environment where exceptional, motivated professionals can make a meaningful impact. If you\'re passionate about building relationships and driving growth at a fast-growing SaaS company, we\'d love to talk with you

Who we are looking for:

Suralink is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to own the stories our customers tell about us and turn that goodwill into pipeline. You will build and maintain our library of case studies, testimonials, and reference customers, amplify those stories across every channel, and identify upsell and expansion signals within our existing customer base. This is a hybrid marketing and BDR role: you will personally reach out to inbound upsell and expansion leads, qualify them, and set appointments for Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.

  • A natural relationship-builder who customers enjoy talking to.

  • Organized and process-driven — nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Just as comfortable picking up the phone and doing outbound work as you are writing content.

  • A resourceful storyteller who can turn a customer win into a compelling asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, produce, and maintain a library of customer case studies, testimonials, and reference accounts across segments and geographies.

  • Build and manage a customer advocacy program (reviews, referrals, speaking opportunities, referenceable logos) that fuels sales and marketing.

  • Amplify customer stories across all digital channels, including but not limited to web, sales enablement, social, email, and events.

  • Identify and qualify upsell and expansion signals from product usage, Customer Success notes, and marketing engagement to build a consistent pipeline of upsell leads.

  • Act as first-touch outreach (BDR-style) for inbound upsell and expansion leads — qualify interest and set appointments for Account Executives and CSMs.

  • Maintain a tracker of all customer stories, usage rights/approvals, and a refresh cadence so content never goes stale.

  • Report on case study pipeline health, advocacy program participation, and upsell lead-to-meeting conversion.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to identify best-fit advocates and expansion opportunities.

Experience and Professional Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer marketing, marketing, or a related role at a B2B SaaS company.

  • Experience producing case studies, testimonials, or other customer-facing content.

  • Comfortable doing outbound outreach and appointment setting (phone and email) — prior BDR/SDR experience is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple stories and leads through a pipeline at once.

  • Familiarity with a CRM/marketing automation platform (HubSpot preferred).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.

  • Experience in accounting, audit, or other vertical SaaS is a plus.

At Suralink, our values guide everything we do:

  • Customer Obsessed: We seek to understand those we serve deeply and are committed to serving them better than anyone else.

  • Passionately Motivated: We care about what we do, which drives us to work hard, show grit, and go above and beyond to achieve great outcomes.

  • Constantly Improving: We are eager to learn and grow. Challenges are opportunities to innovate and enhance our solutions.

  • Team Focused: We know that our success is built together. We support one another and celebrate team achievements.

  • Highly Reliable: We demonstrate good judgment, honor our commitments, and are accountable for our results.

Why Suralink?

There’s a lot to love about working at Suralink! Here are a few of the benefits you can expect:

  • Remote-friendly policy

  • Medical/vision/dental insurance

  • Flexible PTO policy and ten paid holidays

  • Parental leave

  • Professional development allowance

  • Community involvement
