Job description

The Account Development Specialist is responsible for supporting new and existing customers through referral management, cold calling/prospecting, and working with interdepartmental teams to identify additional sales opportunities across the organization. This individual will work closely with Account Managers, Regional Field Leaders including the Virtual Care Team to ensure all opportunities and key metrics are achieved within their respective coverage areas. In order to be successful in this role, this Account Development Specialist will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, along with strong interpersonal communication skills.

FOX is looking to hire three full-time Account Development Specialists to join the team.

Responsibilities:

Account Management & Growth
* Partner with Account Managers, Regional Field Leadership, including the Virtual Team to drive prospecting, cold outreach, and engagement of non-referral sources using HMS data
* Identify and develop virtual care growth opportunities by promoting hybrid care models and virtual service capabilities
* Leverage digital platforms to connect with and educate referral partners
* Collaborate with leadership to establish and monitor KPIs and reports on shared initiatives
* Support development of sales materials and training for the field and virtual care team


Patient Access & Reconnect Program
* Support the Reconnect Program in alignment with practice guidelines and procedures
* Reinforce patient access pathways that improve continuity of care and proper use of clinician resources and touchpoints including Skilled Care, Wellness & Virtual Care as well as other practice initiatives.

Sales & Referral Operations
* Improve Admission to Evaluation conversion by assisting with care coordination using all available resources within the practice. Virtual Front Desk: Including but not limited to patient/family education, scheduling & clinical needs screening.
* rack and manage referral life-cycle from receipt to clinician assignment, including communication of patient refusals to referral sources.
* Collaborate with Referral Source Management to ensure data accuracy (e.g., region, service type, place of service)
* Contribute to optimizing virtual care workflows, enhancing both patient experience and referral partner satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience with on-line tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, a plus.

1-3 years' experience in business-to-business sales preferred.
Prior virtual care industry experience preferred.
Prior healthcare industry experience preferred.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Strong phone and cold calling skills.
Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
Strong business acumen.
Demonstrated focus on detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
Successful previous experience in sales or customer-facing role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Must be motivated with outstanding enthusiasm, energy, and interpersonal skills.
