• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain an understanding of clients' mental health challenges and develop effective and tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing specialized therapeutic techniques to foster personal growth and emotional healing.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and actively monitor their progress during sessions.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide convenient virtual counseling for clients who may face transportation issues or prefer remote sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation that upholds ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Pendulum, you will work with a diverse clientele encompassing individuals, couples, and families coping with a myriad of challenges. Our clients seek support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Your empathetic approach will play a crucial role in their treatment journeys, helping them to develop effective coping strategies and attain healthier relationships.

• Current and valid state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, nonjudgmental demeanor, demonstrating empathy for clients’ unique experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling effective handling of caseloads and administrative tasks.

While previous experience is not mandatory, candidates with a background working in community health clinics or similar settings will be preferred. Experience with diverse populations and specialized practices, such as trauma-informed care, will be viewed favorably, enhancing your ability to meet the varied needs of our clients.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
