Infrastructure Engineer - MuleSoft/CRM Support-Remote
Mandatory skills:
- Strong hands-on infrastructure and production-support experience
- Good knowledge of enterprise networking, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, proxies, load balancers and TLS certificates
- Experience supporting file movement, SFTP or managed file-transfer solutions
- Experience supporting cloud or hybrid application environments
- Understanding of middleware and API-based integration environments
- Hands-on observability experience (infrastructure metrics, application logs, dashboards, alerts)
- Strong troubleshooting and cross-team coordination capabilities
- Willingness to work in the EST time zone
Preferred skills:
