Position: Security Engineer (Coding Agent Experience)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $85/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Use frontier AI coding agents to complete and evaluate complex security engineering tasks.
  • Review model-generated code and architectures for vulnerabilities and security risks.
  • Identify bugs, edge cases, and security-related failure modes.
  • Compare outputs from multiple frontier models to assess strengths and weaknesses.
  • Apply professional engineering judgment to realistic security engineering scenarios.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of professional security engineering experience.
  • Experience with application security, cloud security, infrastructure security, or vulnerability management.
  • Regular use of AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, or Gemini CLI.
  • Ability to identify flaws in model-generated code and architectures.

Preferred

  • Experience securing production systems.
