• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions and, based on your expertise, offer family, couple, or group therapy when appropriate.
• Perform thorough mental health screenings and assessments to determine the specific treatment needs of each client.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to share insights and approaches that enhance client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training to ensure alignment with best practices and current methodologies in mental health counseling.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure the effective operation of the clinic.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may be experiencing a range of mental and behavioral health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your skills will be essential in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys and develop coping strategies through therapeutic interventions.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals facing mental and behavioral health issues is preferred, particularly with co-occurring disorders.
• Proficiency in individual and group therapy techniques, tailored towards specialized populations is a significant asset.
• Strong familiarity with counseling theories, techniques, and evidence-based practices, along with an ongoing commitment to professional development.

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
