• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions via video chat, employing ethical practices and a compassionate approach.
• Utilize a variety of solution-focused therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Foster a supportive atmosphere for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while providing insights that encourage personal development.
• Monitor client progress consistently and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure effective coping skills are developed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

You will serve a diverse client population, each bringing unique challenges and experiences. Our clients range from adolescents to adults seeking support for mental health concerns, including but not limited to everyday stressors, chronic emotional distress, and reactions to life transitions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding clients toward understanding their circumstances, thereby promoting healing and resilience.

• A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as mandated by the state board.
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating ability to handle complex cases.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, displaying empathy and a commitment to providing inclusive and equitable care.
• Proficient knowledge of current psychotherapeutic approaches and willingness to engage in continuing education and professional growth.

Ideal candidates will possess extensive knowledge of telehealth best practices and be comfortable engaging with clients via technology. Experience in a remote work setting is beneficial, as is familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms. A background in trauma-informed care is a plus.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and commitment to excellence in counseling.
