• Provide individualized therapy strategies based on comprehensive evaluations to help clients navigate their mental health journeys.
• Conduct group, family, couple, and individual therapy sessions utilizing an array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated treatment plans that address the holistic needs of each client.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice to ensure confidentiality and effective tracking of client progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, such as attending workshops and training, to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health care.

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds and those with limited access to traditional mental health services. The prevalent mental health issues include anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance use disorders. Our goal is to provide culturally competent care that acknowledges the unique experiences of each client.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proficient in various therapeutic techniques and methodologies, showcasing versatility in treatment approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of strong rapport with clients.
• A proven ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is preferred.

• Specialty training or experience in areas such as trauma-informed care, family therapy, or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated commitment to adhering to ethical standards and maintaining professional integrity in all counseling practices.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
