• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs through detailed evaluations, considering their background, experiences, and specific mental health challenges.
• Develop, implement, and continuously refine individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that therapeutic goals are clear and achievable.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and strategies for effective self-management and recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to provide integrated and holistic care to clients.
• Stay informed of the latest developments in mental health research, treatment methodologies, and telehealth practices to provide evidence-based care.

You will primarily work with diverse adult clients experiencing varying degrees of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral challenges. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
• A current and valid New York State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting therapeutic environment.
• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems to efficiently manage client information and treatment documentation.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling capacity, ideally with a focus on telehealth practices.
• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and various age groups, enhancing your ability to adapt care strategies to meet individual needs.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and client-centered approaches.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 95,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
