This role responsible for planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network software and communication links; resolving end-user software and connectivity issues; sustaining the customer's application across its Windows/.Net/ColdFusion and Linux stack and Oracle/SQL databases; and performing vulnerability management to keep mission systems secure and available. • Provide recommendations on technology direction to align with the business vision
  • Provide local and remote maintenance to operational systems deployed at more than one location, including general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications
  • Apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing applications and ensuring fault tolerance
  • Support application sustainment across Windows and Linux environments โ€” including .Net and ColdFusion user interfaces and underlying processes โ€” by resolving incident tickets, developing triage documentation, performing change management through ServiceNow, and supporting migration of application components into DoD Enterprise systems (EBS, EA2, DLA Azure Cloud)
