Our clientele primarily includes individuals and families facing significant life challenges, including but not limited to mental health issues, emotional distress, and socio-economic hardships. You will be instrumental in providing therapeutic interventions that not only address current issues but also lay the groundwork for long-term stability and success.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practices.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut, essential for providing professional clinical services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of social and economic justice issues, community resources, and principles of trauma-informed care.
• Exceptional communication skills, reflected in your ability to engage with diverse clients and navigate sensitive topics with tact and empathy.

• Prior experience in a social service agency or behavioral health setting is highly desirable, particularly in roles involving direct client interaction and advocacy.
