JOB DESCRIPTION
The Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative-Remote works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls. This position provides sales, customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clientsโ€™ products and/or services.
About the Role:
Do you love talking to people, closing deals, and making money from the comfort of your own home? Weโ€™re looking for friendly, motivated, and goal-oriented Sales Agents to join our remote team. Youโ€™ll be working with inbound and outbound calls to connect with new potential customers and donors who have already inquired and shown interest in our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential customers/donors with professionalism and a consultative sales approach.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales/donation targets and KPIs.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly QA target scores
  • Provide exceptional post-sale customer service as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 1โ€“2 years of sales experience (inbound/outbound, telemarketing, or similar roles preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • A basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, building relationships, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient with technology and basic computer applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Office/teams, etc.).
  • Experience working in a remote sales environment.
  • Quiet home office setup is required. No background noise.
  • A reliable wired internet connection is requiredโ€”Wi-Fi is not acceptable. The system must be connected via Ethernet directly to the ISPโ€™s router and to the workstation. Minimum bandwidth of 50 Mbps for both upload and download are mandatory
