Job description

$21/hour | Fully Remote | Paid Training | Sales Incentives

Bilingual Agents: 24/hour

RemX is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents for a fully remote opportunity supporting the upcoming Annual Enrollment Period. This role offers paid training, performance based incentives, and the opportunity for continued employment for top performers based on performance and business needs.


An Active Health Insurance License is required.


Pay

English-Speaking Agents

  • $21.00 per hour
  • Top performers can earn up to $28 per hour with performance based incentives

Bilingual Spanish Agents

  • $24.00 per hour
  • Performance-based sales incentives
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish and able to discuss healthcare coverage terminology professionally


What You'll Do

  • Help individuals understand healthcare coverage options and benefits
  • Guide customers in selecting products and services that best meet their needs
  • Provide inbound customer service and sales support
  • Conduct follow-up outreach with interested customers when needed
  • Respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and active listening
  • Identify additional customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Complete enrollments and policy renewals
  • Meet performance and sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience


Requirements:

  • High-speed internet connection
  • Hardwired internet connection required
  • Quiet, professional workspace free from distractions

Qualifications

  • Active Health Insurance License in good standing
  • Must reside in the state where you are licensed
  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications
  • Valid, unexpired government-issued ID
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
