Contingent USTDA opportunity - South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission (1131PL26R0063).
Role: USTDA TOR, Budget, Schedule and U.S. Export Opportunity Lead
Accountability: Convert findings into implementable TORs, WBS, schedules, standalone budgets and U.S.-supplier engagement records.
Required evidence: 10+ years project preparation; activity TOR/budget development; U.S. supplier and financing outreach.
Preferred: USTDA attachments and impact reporting.
  • Four-year period of performance; intermittent, assignment-based work.
  • Remote work with possible travel in South and Southeast Asia.
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required for proposal eligibility.
  • Submit a current resume limited to three pages and identify 2-3 directly relevant projects.
  • Confirm availability, travel restrictions, organizational conflicts, citizenship/LPR category, and rate/conditions.
