The Logistic Coordinator (Remote) plays a vital role in managing and streamlining logistics operations across domestic and international shipments. This position involves overseeing shipment scheduling, inventory tracking, supplier coordination, and ensuring seamless order processing and documentation. The role requires strong communication skills for effective customer and vendor interactions and encompasses data entry, reporting, and problem resolution. The coordinator manages a large team and may engage in occasional travel to support logistics activities.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate domestic and international shipments
  • Track inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries
