We're looking for an HR Systems Coordinator to join our team in Raleigh, NC. Summary

The HR Systems Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of MPG's Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.

In this role, you'll partner with HR, business leaders, and employees to ensure data accuracy, support system functionality, maintain documentation, and provide first-level Workday support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technology, solving problems, improving processes, and enhancing the employee experience.


What You'll Do
  • Support daily administration and maintenance of the Workday HCM system.
  • Assist with employee transactions, organizational updates, and data corrections.
  • Provide first-level support to employees, managers, and HR team members regarding Workday functionality.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Conduct data audits to ensure data integrity and system accuracy.
  • Create and maintain reports and support business reporting needs.
  • Assist with data imports, exports, and EIB processing activities.
  • Support testing efforts for Workday updates, enhancements, and new features.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • Deliver Workday training sessions and support system adoption efforts.
  • Document workflows, procedures, and configuration changes.
  • Support administration of additional HR technologies and systems as required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

What You'll BringEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting HR systems, business systems, or HR operations.
  • Familiarity with Workday is required.
  • Experience with Workday administration, configuration, or support is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employee data management.
